Lifestyler Treadmill

The Lifestyler treadmill is a good choice for those just starting exercise programs or those seeking a simple solid machine for home use. The Lifestyler treadmill is durable and provides a good value for the money spent. Lifestyler treadmills are of an older brand and this is somewhat evident in the design or tech features. If these do not matter to you, then keep looking at the Lifestyler treadmill, it’s a fair deal and has all the necessary features.

The Lifestyler treadmill has enough of the basic and advanced features that home and light commercial treadmills tend to have. It may be lacking some of the latest cutting edge bells and whistles, but are these really necessary for a good workout? Of course not. Their importance though is up to you. To some people, the bells and whistles help keep them interested in working out. To each his or her own.

Around the world, Lifestyler treadmills are recommended by all kinds of fitness professionals. It’s a company that’s been around for a while and is considered reliable by many people who have been using their products for years now. When used correctly, the Lifestyler treadmill machines can really improve your physique as well as endurance and overall mood as well.

Did you know that walking at a mild pace of only one mile per hour can double your metabolic rate? This means that walking at a pace that won’t make you sweaty nor inhibit conversation. Instead of using your lunch break to get in a workout at the gym –think of it, fifteen minute drive there, five minutes to change on either end plus five for a shower, fifteen minutes back—why not go for a walk instead?

Many people are trying to make walking more of a part of the daily lives. For your next business meeting or phone conference call, why not take it while walking? Your co-workers or employees probably won’t mind a change. It’s very soothing and stimulating at the same time to take a nice stroll outside and see the changing scenery and activities.

More recently, some fitness experts and enthusiasts have brought attention to altering the sedentary computer lifestyle that so many of us live. The solution proposed: desk treadmills. That’s right, instead of sitting at a desk to browse the web or check email, you can get on a treadmill fit with standing level desk area.

Of course standing treadmills are not a part of office life yet, but many people are doing their best to steer things that way. I think it’s a great idea. Rather than spending eight hours a day working diligently only to come home and feel physically lacking and weak, come home feeling stimulated mentally and physically. If your job is boring, then consider the little bit of extra thinking it takes to walk and type at the same time as improved mental challenge.

All in all, the Lifestyle treadmill is a decent machine with an okay price. It’s got pre-set workout programs and a single button quick start feature, which as I understand it, works very much like a power button on all other models without a silly name for the on/off button. You probably won’t regret the decision to buy a Lifestyler treadmill, but there are other models out there that are a better deal.
